1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
    Domestic Shipping:
    Free UPS Shipping to the Continental United States.
    We can only ship to the United States at this time. If you live outside the United States, don’t hesitate to contact us for shipping prices and options.
  2. PROCESSING TIME
    Orders are processed within 14 business days (s), excluding holidays and public breaks. Once the item has been handed to the sending carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the patron.
  3. WITHDRAWALS
    After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be lost. If there are questions about canceling an order, don’t hesitate to contact us.
  1. RETURNS
    Returns will be accepted within 14 days (s) from the inventive purchase date. Items must be reimbursed unused and in novel condition. Some items, such as objects on sale, may be unqualified for returns.
  2. DELAYED ORDERS
    In the case of delayed processing, customers can cancel their order for full reimbursement. Shipping earner delays do not fall under the seller’s accountability. Don’t hesitate to contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status for delayed orders.
  3. DAMAGED ORDERS
    B&L Creative Designs is not legally responsible for lost or spoiled goods after the order has been sited in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, contact us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.  We will offer a refund once a claim has been made.
  4. SHIPPING BOUNDARIES
    Orders cannot be distributed to P.O. boxes.
    The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) restricts what items can be distributed through air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for air batch may require a different shipping method.
